These days, credit cards are meant not only for assisting people in financial matters but also they have become a status symbol for many. More cards one carry in his wallet, more status he has in the society. But do not forget that you have to repay money for e4ach of them. There are people who are not able to repay the credit money. This results in bad credit. All financial institutes and banks keep a record of each customer who is being issued credit card. Points are given to customers on the basis of how they repay borrowed money. If the person repays amount in stipulated time he gets more points and he can get more credit if he wants to. However in case you are not making repayments on time you will get negative points for that. Your record becomes bad and may be you will not get any credit further in your life.
