There are many people who are using credit cards these days but are not known to different types of cards available in the market. Here we are talking about credit card known as unsecured credit card. Unsecured credit cards are those in which the bank or some other financial institute who issued credit card decides the limit of credit card. Credit limit is decided on the basis of past history and credit score. A major disadvantage associated with unsecured credit card is that the rate of interest charged is quite high. This is because in unsecured type of credit card the person borrows money from the bank. One more problem is that you will not get an unsecured credit card easily. These cards are issued to only those who have good history in the business world. But now days, unsecured credit cards are made for people with bad credit history as well.
